• Visit Japan Web (VJW)
  • All individuals entering Japan are encouraged to register for the "Visit Japan Web (VJW)" online pre-registration service for immigration clearance and customs declaration.
  • Please register after purchasing your flight ticket and before your scheduled arrival time in Japan; otherwise, your QR code will not be accepted at Japanese airports.
    
  • Although pre-registration is not mandatory, it will save you a considerable amount of time upon arrival in Japan. If your travel schedule changes, you must update the information you registered.
